Your data privacy is important to us. OrderPal Ltd (OrderPal) does not sell data to third parties and we keep your data only for the purposes of your relationship with OrderPal.

OrderPal and its partners comply with GDPR regulations and you may request a copy of any data that OrderPal holds by giving us statutory notice by emailing us at enquiries@orderpal.co.uk

What personal data we collect and why we collect it:
We keep contact form submissions for customer service purposes only. The personal data we collect is name, email address, personal account preferences, transactional data (such as purchase information and technical data), cookie information. When using our OrderPal solution, we need to collect certain data i.e. the form fields you have enabled in “Order Form” to fulfil an order and so we deliver to the correct person, address and email to verify you and your order. 

Cookies:
If you have an account with OrderPal and you log into it, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will be remembered for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Payments and data:
OrderPal does not share or sell your data with any third-party provider. If you choose to pay online, you will be transferred to our payment partner(s) Stripe or Paypal’s secure website(s) to complete the transaction and then be returned to our ‘Thank You’ page when the transaction is complete. Stripe may ask you to store your card information for quicker payments. OrderPal does not ask for or store credit card details.

What rights you have over your data:
If you have an account with OrderPal, you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you by writing to us at: OrderPal Ltd, Suite 9 Normanby Gateway, Lysaghts Way, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, England, DN15 9YG. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.

OrderPal reserves the right to modify, change or otherwise update the terms of this privacy policy at any time and you are encouraged to review this page regularly.
